Emma attended the Top Gun Events Fall College Combine and performed very well in the Athletic Testing as well as for many college coaches. Her overall 87.56API score was the second best for the event. Her Arm Velocity, Pre-Impact Velocity and Exit Velocity were all in the 90th percentile of athletes tested nationally in 2017. Scouting Report:

Emma throws 61 with command and spins to keep hitters off-balance. Throws change at 44. Emma has an exceptional drive for a young athlete. Has a thirst for perfection on the field and in the classroom. She continues to work on a rise, which will be her best pitch. Mechanically sound with a good leg drive and working to improve the push even more. Can play any OF position with her plus arm-68 mph. Reads the ball well and is quick enough to position herself to make any throw. Has a solid bat and can hit for home run power with an EV of 66. Emma is highly interested in all programs and I can confidently say is capable of competing at all levels of college softball. She is equally interested in the higher academic programs. - From her Club Coach

College Interest or Commit:

No commitment at this time. Plans to study Medicine, Sports Medicine or Pediatric Medicine

What is your favorite pair of cleats:

Mizuno, but love my New balance Turf shoes!

Greatest strength on the Field:

Level Head and drive to win

Fill in the blank… I’m hyped when:

I hear my favorite song,  “I’m walking on Sunshine” by Katrina and the Waves. It makes me feel positive and pumps me up.

Funniest thing you have seen on the softball field:

When one of my teammates ripped her pants while pitching.

What has softball taught you that will help in adult life:

That I will have to work with people that I don’t always mesh with well.  You can’t always pick your boss or the people you work with. Learn to communicate well on the field and that will translate to the workplace.
